Dionco Evans serves as a paraprofessional at Valley View, where he primarily supports
our special education students. While he has specific responsibilities within that role,
Dionco consistently goes above and beyond to support all students in our school. He
has a natural ability to build strong relationships with students and regularly encourages
them to believe in themselves and their ability to succeed.
Dionco’s willingness to help wherever he is needed has been incredibly impressive.
Whether assisting students in the classroom, offering encouragement in the hallways, or
stepping in to support staff, he approaches every situation with positivity and dedication.
Students are naturally drawn to him because of his kind gestures, approachable
personality, and genuine care for their well-being. Because of this, many students
actively seek him out for guidance and support.
Beyond his work at Valley View, Dionco also serves in other buildings throughout the
district. His commitment to helping students and staff across multiple schools speaks
volumes about his character and work ethic. The time and effort he invests in our
students does not go unnoticed.
Dionco helps students feel valued, supported, and capable of achieving success. He is
an incredible asset to Valley View and to our entire district, and we are grateful for the
positive impact he makes every day.
